How it works
Localify will make a website for your business free of charge. The website will be optimized so that it ranks high on google search, which will have people in need of that service calling your business. You pay a small fee for clients that you get through the website. Meaning, if you get zero clients, you pay zero. This way, the business will never get negative balances.
Why is this better than running ads?
When you run ads, you pay per click or per impression. Either way, you could end up spending a lot of money and get zero clients. With us, this can never happen.
The more clients you get, the more money you make.
How many clients did the website bring?
Your website will include a tracking number that forwards calls to your business line. Calls are recorded (this can be turned off at your request). This system lets us track how many clients came directly from the website, enabling us to charge you per client rather than per call. Depending on the city size, that you operate in, this could be from 10-20 per month, up to 100+ per month.
What does the website look like?
The website will be optimized for the adequate business industry. It will be simplistic and contain pages such as homepage, services, contact us, etc. You can change the design per your request, with some limitations, because of optimization requirements.
How is it possible that the website is free?
It is true that it isn't free to make and run a website. The fees, such as the domain, hosting and call tracking are less then 20$ per month. But it's cheap enough that I can take the risk on to myself.
Who owns the website?
The website belongs to me. You essentially rent the website from me, but only pay if you get clients.
Can I buyout the website?
Yes, you can buyout the website. If it ranks high on google and brings in clients, I will ask for a hefty amount (3-4 figures). I don't recommend doing this, as keeping a high rank requires monthly maintenance and the website could lose its high rank within 1-3 months, if you don't have the expertise.
How much do I pay per client?
We take a small fee that is anywhere between 3-5% of the service amount profit, from the clients that came through the website.
